We offer three different solutions:

a. Smart Course Management Toolkit

  • Description: A ready-to-import template for Monday.com, sent to your email within 5 minutes of payment, along with a video demonstration guide on configuring automations and integrations.
  • Support:
    • Access to our Support Platform with up to 2 hours of chat support.
    • Support is valid for 90 days after payment.
  • Delivery: Automated email delivery of the toolkit and support platform access details.

b. Complete Course Management Integration (Without Video Guide)

  • Description: Personalized integration services.
  • Process:
    • Initial Contact: Receive an email with detailed process steps.
    • Project Approval: Complete forms and await approval.
    • Confirmation: Project confirmed via email or phone call.
    • Payment: 100% payment required upfront after project confirmation.
    • Timeline: Up to 10 working days, depending on project requirements and timely responses.
    • Delays: Responses exceeding 24 hours add one business day per delay.
  • Support:
    • Access to the Support Platform under the same conditions.
    • Up to 5 Zoom calls (30 minutes each) within 90 days from delivery, scheduled based on availability.

c. Complete Course Management Integration (With Video Guide)

  • Description: Same as option b, but includes a video guide.
  • Timeline: Up to 15 business days, generally completed in 7-8 days.
  • Support:
    • Access to the Support Platform under the same conditions.
    • Up to 7 Zoom sessions (30 minutes each) within 90 days from delivery.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Process:
    • Select the desired product on our website.
    • Provide necessary information as prompted.
  • Payment Methods:
    • We accept payments through PayPal or Payoneer.
  • Full Payment:
    • 100% payment is required upfront upon project confirmation for options b and c.
  • Pricing:
    • Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds:
    • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any of the products.
  • Exception:
    • If you decide to switch to the ‘Hire Me’ option after attempting the DIY setup and finding it too complex, we can offer a price adjustment. The final price will be calculated as New Offer Price – Old Offer Price.

4. Delivery of Services

  • Electronic Delivery:
    • Products and access details are delivered via email.
  • Timeline:
    • Delivery timelines are specified in the product descriptions.
  • Project Delays:
    • Timely communication is required. Delays in response may extend the project timeline.

5. Support and Communication

  • Support Platform:
    • Access provided for chat support, valid for 90 days after purchase.
  • Zoom Calls:
    • Scheduled based on availability. Unused calls expire after 90 days from delivery.
  • Response Time:
    • We strive to respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business days.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information:
    • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Timely Communication:
    • Prompt responses are necessary to meet project timelines.
  • Compliance:
    • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

    • All content, templates, and materials provided are the intellectual property of GoMonday.xyz.
  • License:
    • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates and materials for your personal or internal business purposes.

    • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No Liability:
    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
  • Maximum Liability:
    • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.
